A lot of moms worry they aren’t producing enough milk, but most moms produce exactly what their baby needs. ? Some ways to ensure a good milk supply:

?? Breastfeed every time your baby is hungry

?? Make sure your baby is latching well

?? Empty your breasts at each feeding
